Temba Namibia will tailor-make a tour for you and your family. When you cross over the Orange River into Namibia via the Vioolsdrift Border you drive 1.8km or 3 minutes before you get to the Noordoewer Border Post. After you have been cleared to enter Namibia, you continue along the B1 Route. Turn left at the Wimpy onto the C13. Your nest stop will be the Orange River Lodge. 5 minute or 3.5km along this Route, you will come to the Noordoewer Guesthouse. From here, the whole of Namibia is your oyster. It opens up for you to expore.
After your night at the Noordower Guesthouse, your next stop will most likely be Canon Lodge near the Fish river Canyon. The Fishriver Canyon is a huge canyon and is spectacular to see. If you prefer to stay on tar roads you can also reach Swakopmund, Namibia's best known coastal resort within a day. Alte Brucke offers self-catering (self-contained) accommodation remarkably similar to Orange River Lodge, but if you prefer something more upmarket try The Stiltz a lodge perched over the Swakopmund River near the main beach.
If you plan to visit Damaraland allow two days to travel from Orange River Lodge. In Damaraland we believe that Twyfelfontein Country Lodge near the petrified forest and at the famous Twyfelfontein rock paintings, will be the perfect destination. However, many people prefer with its breath-taking views of the Vingerklip rock formation.
Three days from the Orange River is the Caprivi in the far north-east of Namibia. Spend at least two nights in Kwando Camp a luxury lodge on the banks of the Kwando River.
